Having watched USMNT for literally decades now, one thing that has always troubled us is the "type" of defender the USMNT usually fields.  You know what we are talking about - tall, with either a man-bun or flowing hair, likely a goatee or other trendy facial hair, and a distinct lack of actual skill.  You need a big dumb defender to commit a penalty or maybe push some people out of the penalty box?  We've always had plenty of those.  Someone who can wildly boot the ball 30 out of bounds 30 rows up?  That's who we tab as a USMNT "defender."  

Until now.  Now, we have an actual skilled player on the defensive wing and his name is Sergino Dest.  Need a supporting run?  Maybe actually beat someone with or without the ball?  He's your man.  Unlike a 6'2" man bun or 6'3" goatee, or someone who can only be described as having a "motor," Sergino Dest can actually dribble the ball with both feet, shoot, and contribute at both ends of the field.  Sergino, have your people contact our people.  And by our people, we mean us, we have no other people.
